Job Description
- Manage filing system including electronic filing
- Record all incoming and outgoing documents, and maintain confidentiality of their contents
- Do typing, photocopying, scanning, and binding of documents
- Do data capturing on applicable database and case management system;
- Register and maintain stakeholder information database and case management system;
- Manage the case flow on database and case management system;
- Create hard copy case files and submit to analysts;
- Compile and disseminate acknowledgment of receipt letters to all stakeholders who have submitted requests for information;
- Maintain and update data on Sharepoint;
- Perform any other administrative duties that may arise.
- Matric qualification;
- 2 Years relevant administrative experience;
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
- An intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
